La Touraine merchandise is produced using a print-on-demand fulfillment model. This means each item is made specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

Because these products are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for print-on-demand merchandise once the order has been submitted for production.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Fit or style preference
• Delays caused by the carrier after shipment

Please review all sizes, product details, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@La-Touraine.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Print-on-demand merchandise is separate from La Touraine watch products and may ship separately from other items in your order.
