Warranty & Return Policy
3 Year Limited Warranty:
La Touraine warrants to the original consumer that, for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, his/her timepiece will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent it from functioning properly under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover batteries, straps, watch bracelets, beads, gold- or ionic-plating or PVD finishing, cosmetic issues such as scratches or normal wear and tear, or any damage arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than our Service Center.
This warranty does not cover abuse.
We reserve the right to not cover warranty repairs if determined to be from abuse or mis-use.
Conditions For Warranty Being Void:
This warranty is void if the timepiece or jewelry was not purchased from an La Touraine, as evidenced by valid proof of purchase – a dated sales or gift receipt showing the order number and an identifying model name and quantity for the La Touraine product.
La Touraine Flagged Watch Policy
At La Touraine, we maintain internal records to help protect our customers, our brand, and the integrity of the secondary market.
A watch may be flagged in our records if it is reported as lost or stolen, associated with payment fraud or chargeback abuse, subject to a credible ownership dispute, or found to have been materially altered in a way that affects authenticity or identification.
If a watch is flagged, La Touraine reserves the right to withhold or limit certain services until lawful ownership is verified. These services may include warranty support, repair or service intake, authentication assistance, and ownership transfer support.
To review a flagged watch, we may request documentation such as proof of purchase, order confirmation, identifying photos of the watch, serial number details, and government-issued identification that matches the original or current ownership records where appropriate.
If lawful ownership is confirmed, we may remove the flag at our discretion and restore eligibility for applicable support. If a watch is determined to have been stolen, fraudulently obtained, or misrepresented, La Touraine may deny service, deny warranty coverage, retain internal records of the watch’s status, and cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities when required.
La Touraine’s flagged watch process is intended to support legitimate owners while discouraging fraud and abuse. Possession of a watch alone does not guarantee eligibility for warranty, service, or ownership verification benefits.

Warranty & Legal Rights:
No person or company is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. A consumer also may have other statutory rights which may vary from state to state and country to country. HOWEVER, TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
