Why We Do Preorders

Every La Touraine watch is produced in a limited run. Preorders let us confirm demand before production is finalized — which means we never overproduce, never discount to clear inventory, and every watch that ships was made with intention.

When you preorder, you're not waiting on a whim. You're securing a piece before it's gone.

What Happens When You Place a Preorder

1. You're charged at checkout — your payment is processed immediately, just like a standard order. This confirms your place in the production run.
2. You receive an order confirmation — with your order number, the watch you selected, and the expected delivery window.
3. We keep you updated — as production progresses, we send shipping updates via email. You'll know when your watch leaves the factory and when it's on its way to you.
4. Your watch ships — when your order fulfills, you'll receive a tracking number. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipment.

Delivery Timelines

Each product page shows the expected delivery window for that specific watch. Timelines reflect our best estimate at the time of listing and are updated if anything changes. We communicate proactively — if a timeline shifts, you'll hear from us before you have to ask.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your preorder before it ships, contact us and we'll take care of it. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
